Educator Information - Larissa Gould

I’m a singer, and lately, I’ve been conducting courses on the basics of vocal training, which brings me immense joy. Music is my passion, and I believe that everyone can learn to control their voice to express their emotions and feelings.

In my courses, I teach students the fundamentals of singing, starting with proper breathing techniques and moving on to creating beautiful melodies. I demonstrate how important it is to understand how the voice works and how the right technique can significantly enhance singing quality. This isn’t just a set of exercises; it’s a journey into the world of music and self-expression.

-One of the most exciting aspects of singing for me is how it allows us to unveil hidden emotions. When I see my students starting to open up and express their feelings through music, it fills me with inspiration. I always say that the voice is not just an instrument; it’s a reflection of our soul. That’s why I pay attention to every detail—from intonation to timbre, from breath control to articulation.

I also emphasize how important it is to have confidence in your voice. Many people are afraid to sing, thinking they lack talent, but the truth is that anyone can develop their unique sound. I strive to create a safe and supportive atmosphere in my classes, where everyone can experiment and try new things without fear of judgment.
