Educator Information - Maximilian Kramer

    I am a musician with extensive experience playing various musical instruments, such as the flute, cello, synthesizer, piano, and drums. However, my favorite instrument is the guitar. I have achieved the greatest success with it and happily teach guitar from scratch.

     My experience includes performing at numerous solo concerts, participating in musical groups, and busking. Each of these formats has allowed me to develop my skills and engage with audiences in different ways. I teach guitar with immense joy and strive to share my knowledge and passion for music with my students.

     My favorite sense is hearing, and I rely on it heavily in my practice. I believe that musical education plays a crucial role in creative development. Music is an art form that inspires and enriches life. I want to show my students that they can create the magic of music themselves. Everything depends on their hearing and imagination.

     By the end of the course, I am confident that they will be able to create any melody using the guitar as a tool for self-expression. My goal is not just to teach them how to play, but also to help them unlock their creative potential, so they can enjoy music on a deep level and create their unique works.

Skills needed for beginner successful learning:

   1. Basics of playing: Knowledge of basic chords, playing techniques (such as fingerpicking and strumming), and fundamentals of music theory.

   2. Reading tablature and notation: The ability to understand how chords and melodies are written.

   3. Ear training: Developing musical ear helps in recognizing chords and melodies.

   4. Practice: Regular practice is essential for improving skills and gaining confidence in playing.

Why is the guitar the most popular instrument for my:

3. Portability: It's easy to carry around, making it an ideal instrument for street performances and travel.

4. Social aspect: The guitar is often used in group music-making and at gatherings, making it popular among friends and peers.

     The guitar combines ease of learning with a wealth of creative possibilities, making it one of the most beloved instruments worldwide.
