Detail About My Biography of the Teacher

I am a yoga instructor with many years of experience, and my practice is located on the beautiful shores of Indonesia. I have studied various styles of yoga, including Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Mysore, and each of these practices has enriched my life and my approach to teaching.

  •    In my classes, I start with deep breathing and meditation, creating a space for inner peace and focus.
  •  I believe that each asana is not just a physical exercise but a way to interact with our body and mind. In Kundalini practice, I emphasize awakening energy, helping students release blocks and achieve harmony. Vinyasa adds dynamism and fluidity, allowing for the development of coordination and flexibility. Ashtanga and Mysore provide the opportunity for each student to move at their own pace, strengthening the body and building endurance.

  •   I have noticed how yoga helps to open the mind, granting access to deeper levels of consciousness. Regular practice allows students to cope with stress, calm their souls, and find inner balance. Asanas strengthen the body, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
  •    In my work, I always emphasize the individuality of each student, supporting them on their journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. With each session, they not only strengthen their bodies but also develop the ability to listen to themselves and understand their true desires and goals. For me, it is the greatest joy to be a part of their journey.
  • For me, spiritual practice is a path to self-discovery and inner peace. It’s an opportunity to delve into my thoughts and feelings, to understand my true desires and goals. Through meditation, mindfulness, and various practices like yoga, I find balance and harmony.

  •    The most important aspect of spiritual practice is sincerity and openness. It involves the willingness to listen to oneself and accept one’s emotions, as well as to work on personal growth. It’s crucial to take time for reflection, to understand our feelings, and to engage with the world around us. Ultimately, spiritual practice helps us become more purposeful, aware, and connected with ourselves and others.
